Los Alamos Police Department Report: April 8 – May 13, 2026

Information published in the weekly Los Alamos Police Department Report is obtained from LAPD.  Please note that when a person is charged with a crime, a formal allegation of an offense is made and that being charged does not mean the person has been convicted of that offense. Also, please note that people who receive a summons to come to court on charges are not listed in the LAPD weekly report.

Jose Vasquez, 27, of Santa Fe was arrested April 8 on A District Court warrant.

Miguel Perez, 31, of Espanola was arrested April 8 on a Magistrate Court warrant.

Saul Emmanuel Ramirez, 26, of Santa Fe was arrested April 13 on a warrant from another jurisdiction.

Maria Dominguez, 36, of Los Alamos was arrested April 15 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicant – aggravated.

Paul Joseph Martinez, 35, of Los Alamos was arrested April 17 and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Enrique Guereca-Bustamante, 25, of Rio Rancho was arrested April 22 on a Municipal Court warrant.

Mariano P. Valdez-Gonzales, 18, of Los Alamos was arrested April 25 and charged with aggravated battery against a household member, resisting evading or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, false imprisonment and a warrant from Magistrate Court.

Hamza Suleman, 34, of Espanola was arrested April 27 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of a drug.

Cole Gachupin, 23, of Jemez Pueblo was arrested April 28 and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant – aggravated.

Alexandra Rene Hinckley, 25, of Los Alamos was arrested April 28 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated – blood alcohol concentration of .16 or more.

Dalton James Torres, 33, of Santa Fe was arrested on a Magistrate Court warrant.

Tim Pacheco, 63, of Los Alamos was arrested May 7 and charged with multiple counts of criminal sexual penetration of a child under 13.

Cynthia Rose Lechuga, 51, of White Rock was arrested May 8 on a Magistrate Court warrant.

Jerome Block II, 49, of Santa Fe, was arrested May 10 and charged with shoplifting in the amount of $250-$2,500 and conspiracy.

Marcos D. Romero, 46, of Chimayo was arrested May 12 on a warrant from another jurisdiction.
