The New Mexico Environment Department’s (“NMED”) Resource Protection Division (“RPD”) announces  that it will hold a community engagement meeting on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m..  In order to ensure that COVID-19 safe practices are observed, this meeting will be held via WebEx:

The focus of this meeting will be on the following topic: 

Biogeochemical Remediation of the Chromium Plume provided by Dr. Patrick Longmire of the NMED  Ground Water Quality Bureau (“GWQB”). There will also be time allotted for questions and brief public  statements at the conclusion of the presentation.
