Wacey Trujillo of Los Alamos won the third round and won the average which put her in the lead position to win the final in the 12U Boys & Girls Goat Tying Junior World Championship. She earned he spot to compete in the two-week event, which is held annually In December during the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, Nevada, by placing at regional rodeos and qualifiers held throughout the last year. Courtesy photo
