The former China Moon Restaurant at 121 Central Park Square in Los Alamos has re-opened as the Red Dragon Bowl. The former buffet of cooked food has been replaced and the restaurant is focusing on fresh, healthy bowls made to order.

Diners start out selecting from rice, noodles, brown rice, steamed rice and fried rice, however, also available are zucchini noodles and riced cauliflower for those who are following a low-carb or Keto food plan.

The next step is to choose from an extensive selection of fresh vegetables ranging from carrots to kimchi. There are some meats that are already prepared but there’s also a choice of chicken, steak or pork which will be cooked fresh in the kitchen. Food can be cooked in the house stir fry sauce or in a gluten free Keto-style sauce. Appetizers and desserts are also offered.
