The community is invited to a public local candidates forum for the general election on Thursday, Sept. 17 at 6 p.m. at SALA Event Center.
The session will include discussion of the following timely topics:
- Endless rate increases from the utilities department- gas, electric, water, and sewer have all increased over recent years, and not by small amounts.
- Repetitive purchases of automated license readers and speed cameras.
- Endless troubles with the county and franchising.
