Information published in the weekly Los Alamos Police Department Report is obtained from LAPD.  Please note that when a person is charged with a crime, a formal allegation of an offense is made and that being charged does not mean the person has been convicted of that offense. Also, please note that people who receive a summons to come to court on charges are not listed in the LAPD weekly report.

Joshua Ray Fulghum, 36, of Los Alamos was arrested May 22 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant – aggravated, and vehicles turning left at an intersection.

Paul Joseph Martinez, 35, of Los Alamos was arrested May 26 on a Municipal Court warrant and court order of commitment.

Samantha Jessica Lopez, 35, of Jemez Springs was arrested June 1 on a Magistrate Court warrant.

Joanne Morales, 66. of Los Alamos was arrested June 12 and charged with public nuisance, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and refusing to obey an officer.

Forrest Zachary Pinchbeck, 30, of Los Alamos was arrested June 13 and charged with aggravated DWI – refusal to submit to chemical testing.

Jose Miguel Vasquez, 28, of Santa was arrested June 26 on a District Court Warrant.

Steve Frank Archuleta, 56, of Espanola was arrested June 28 on a District Court Warrant.

Heather Mae Thomas, 53 of Alcalde was arrested July 3 and charged with refusal to obey an officer, turning and stopping movements and required signal, driving on streets laned for traffic, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, operators and chauffeurs must be licensed.

Angelica Maria Schultz, 32, of Los Alamos was arrested July 7 and charged with battery against a household member and interference with communication.
