COUNTY NEWS RELEASE
The Los Alamos Public Library has launched a Community Assessment Survey, available now through July 27 both online and in paper form, to gather public input on service gaps, needs and future opportunities.
The month‑long survey will guide the library’s next strategic planning cycle, shaping services, collections and programs over the next three years. Library staff encourage residents of all ages, including those who do not currently use the library, to participate and offer honest feedback.
“We value every voice in our community. Your feedback helps us keep the library welcoming, accessible and responsive to the people we serve,” said Library Manager Gwen Kalavaza.
The anonymous survey can be completed online at polco.us/sve6zu. Respondents may also fill out a paper survey available at all library service desks. Households can submit responses on behalf of several or all members to make the task easier and less time-consuming. Convenient survey kiosks are set up close to all service desks including the White Rock Branch Library. The kiosks are set up with a translation add-on for community members who wish to respond in any world language.
Call the library for more information or assistance with the survey at 505-662-8250. Or visit the library website to learn more about our services, collections, and events.
