I wholeheartedly endorse Steven Lynne for County Council and urge you to join me in voting for him in the primary which is currently underway.
I have known Steven for over 25 years. When I served on the School Board 2017-2026, we worked together regularly to discuss and collaborate on joint LAPS-Los Alamos County projects and issues of common concern.
Steven is the epitome of a servant leader who wants to continue to contribute to the well being of our community. He embodies honesty, integrity and thoughtfulness. I admire Steven’s calm decision making process, which includes listening deeply, investigating the details and nuances of the issues and collaborating with all who have a stake in the outcome.
Steven is also committed to solving issues that affect all of us: Housing affordability and availability, support for families, youth and seniors and environmental stewardship, among a number of other important priorities. As a long time Los Alamos County leader as County Manager and in volunteer roles, Steven brings analytical thinking and a vast knowledge of local government and community needs.
I encourage everyone to vote for Steven Lynne for County Council on or before June 2.
