The Los Alamos Police Department Deputy Chief James Rodriguez says NM 4 has been shut down in both directions due to a rollover accident at NM4 at mile marker 49.

Injuries in this accident are unknown at this time, but Los Alamos Fire Department personnel are on the scene using the jaws of life to remove a driver. Motorists should avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
