Leonard and Jackie Beebe, long-time owners of the Hilltop Shopping Center at 3801 Arkansas Drive at the intersection of Diamond Drive and Arkansas, have placed the property on the market. Attorney Shay Kendricks, who is helping them with the sale, says the Beebes are being very selective in choosing a buyer for the property because of long-time tenants already in the shopping center. The couple has owned the property for more than 25 years.
