Garret Thayne Katcher, 41, of Los Alamos was arrested February 28 on two Magistrate Court Warrants.

Chloe Robinson, 29, was arrested March 6 on a warrant from another jurisdiction.
Fabian Dominguez, 35, was arrested March 10 on an Espanola Municipal Court warrant.
