LAARC NEWS RELEASE

The Los Alamos Amateur Radio Club (LAARC) will be holding elections for officers in addition to
normal topics at its monthly meeting at 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13 upstairs at 4017 Arkansas.

This regular meeting reviews the state of amateur radio frequencies, repeaters, long distance propagation, and emergency support equipment. Current and upcoming efforts to support amateur radio as well as emergency response services in Los Alamos and Northern New Mexico

There are a large number of hams in Los Alamos. If you’re a current licensee, or just interested in how amateur radio works in general, this is the time and place. We hope to see you there.
