| Have you joined the Summer Reading Challenge yet? There are only a few weeks left in the challenge! This year’s Summer Reading Challenge theme is READ, RENEW, REPEAT! and includes titles, films, activities, and events for all ages. We challenge you to complete as many activities as you can, and anyone can participate to whatever level they enjoy. Log in to Los Alamos Public Library’s Beanstack and you’ll be invited to join a Summer Reading Challenge just for you. It’s now time to start applying your collected tickets to your favorite prizes in the adult version of the challenge. The drawing will happen after the challenge closes on July 29. Some excellent prizes for adults—including Kindles, headphones, and Samizdat gift cards—are up for grabs, so join up, start reading, and enter the raffle! For teens, the daily scratchers for prizes are back with a weekly drawing for a gift card. The Youth Services team has a whole series of activities designed especially for you on Beanstack and in person.
