SALA Event Center Announces Exciting Week Of New Films And Community Events June 11- 15

SALA Event Center is thrilled to announce an exciting lineup of films and community events taking place this week, offering a diverse array of entertainment and activities for all ages.

Film Showings:

Last Chance to See:

  • “Sight” & “The Garfield Movie”
    • Date: Thursday, June 13
    • Showtimes: 1:00 p.m & 6:00 p.m
      • “Sight” tells the inspiring story of Ming Wang, an impoverished Chinese prodigy who escapes Communist China to become a pioneering eye surgeon in America. Wang faces his past traumas while restoring the sight of an orphan in India.
      • “The Garfield Movie” features the world-famous, lasagna-loving cat Garfield, who embarks on a wild adventure with his long-lost father, Vic, and his canine friend Odie.

  • “Inside Out 2”

  • 100 Men Who Care – Los Alamos: Thursday, June 13 at 5:30 p.m.. This group of men is dedicated to providing meaningful financial support to local organizations.
  • Feldenkrais Class: Friday, June 14 at 6:30 a.m.

    • Enjoy “Living Wine,” a documentary highlighting natural winemakers in Northern California who prioritize sustainable farming amid challenges like climate change and wildfires.
