Santos Martinez is graduating with a 3.82 GPA from Mayfield High School in Las Cruces. He will be attending New Mexico State University in the fall as a Crimson Scholar and plans to major in Kinesiology. Santos formerly attended Los Alamos Public Schools until he moved to Las Cruces in 2021. Santos is the son of Santiago and Anna Martinez of Las Cruces, grandson of Kathleen Trujillo and the late Jose Trujillo of Ranchitos, and Gilbert and Theresa Herrera of Chamita. Courtesy photo
