Sean Thomas Is Best Predictor In ACRR May 21 Weekly Pace Race

Sean Thomas was the top predictor in the weekly pace race held on the bike path starting at Pinon Park (Rocket Park) across from Smith’s in White Rock.  He was 9 seconds off his predicted time.  Other accurate predictors were:  Dann Brewer recording a 16 second difference; Mary Knaak with a 22 second differential; Aurea Rojas at 44 seconds off; and Felix Candia with a 47 second difference.

On the 1 mile course Jacky Atkins was the top finisher with a time of 12:47 and Brian Newnam was the first male finisher at 14:40.

In the 3 mile distance Andrea Mucchietto was the best finisher recording a 21:09 and Madeline Harms was the top female with a time of 25:24.

There will be no race held next week the day after Memorial Day, Tuesday, May 28th, 2024.  The next race will held on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Quemazon Development and it will start in front of the Quemazon Montessori School on Esperanza Road.  It can be gotten to by taking Diamond Drive North and taking a left on North Road to the first left on Quemazon Road and the next right on Esperanza Road. 1 mile paved and 3 mile hybrid courses will be available.
