On Saturday, April 6, members of the Pajarito Riding Club in White Rock saddled up despite the cold and wind to ride to Pig & Fig for some pastries and coffee. Pig & Fig’s owner and chef, Laura Crucet, came out to say hi and feed the horses sugar cubes. The riders are Antonya and Alyssa Sanders, Nancy Ambrosiano, Lena Lopatina, Laura Mullane, and Deirdre Monroe.
