As a Board member, you will play a crucial role in shaping and guiding our organization’s strategic direction. Your insights and contributions will directly impact the quality of healthcare services we provide to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with fellow Board members to develop and implement strategic plans.

– Provide oversight and governance to ensure the organization’s mission is fulfilled.

– Participate actively in Board meetings, committee work, and fundraising efforts.

– Advocate for the needs of our patients and the community we serve.

Qualifications:

– Demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of Los Alamos Visiting Nurse Service.

– Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

– Expertise in healthcare, finance, law, marketing, or nonprofit management is highly desirable.

– Previous experience serving on a board or committee is a plus.

Term: Board members serve a term of 3 years, allowing for continuity and long-term impact.
