The American Legion folks will be at Smith’s in White Rock from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28 to collect sponsorships for Wreaths Across America. They are currently about 200 wreaths away from their goal with a deadline of Nov. 22. The wreaths will be put in place Dec. 16 at Guaje Pines Cemetery. The cost of sponsoring a wreath is $17.
