Spend a day exploring the geology of Georgia O’Keeffe’s “White Place” and Ghost Ranch with PEEC and local geologists Fraser and Cathy Goff. View the rocks of the White Place (aka Plaza Blanca), which consist of white, slightly tilted tuffaceous sediments of the Abiquiu Formation (early Miocene – late Oligocene) that is roughly 25 million years old.
