SALA NEWS RELEASE

During the last week of June, SALA Los Alamos Event Center collaborated with YES Corps through The Family YMCA to complete a mural under the supervision and artistic direction of mural project manager Margarita Ryan and Patricia Burnside, SALA event coordinator.

Ethan Herring, Julian Ortiz, Sam Prada, Matthew Slowik, Ethan Stark, Brooke Nadler, Aleena Rim, Noah Patterson, Kelly Wetteland and Antonio Trujlllo worked on the project June 26-28 and then on Friday, June 29, students and leaders made popcorn and watched a movie in one of the SALA theaters.

The SALA team is very grateful for all the wonderful programs for youth in our community.
