Mountains And Molehills Team And 200 Others Pulled Off Route In Dallas Due To Thunderstorms, Tornado Warnings


The Mountains and Molehills Team in the Susan G. Komen three-day walk to raise funds for breast cancer research and treatment were pulled off the course at noon Friday in Dallas, Tex., due to thunderstorms and tornados. The team and some 200 other teams in Dallas will walk tomorrow in Fort Worth. Keeping their spirits right Friday are, from left, team captain Nancy Partridge, Andrea Casillas, Heidi Van Roekel, Lee Ann Fults, Martha Lauer Cowley and Barry Brobst. The team is in the top 25 for fundraising for the event. They have raised $16,386 to date. Donations may still be made at https://www.the3day.org/
