The folks at Senor Tortas Restaurant are celebrating their first anniversary Thursday at their 1325 Trinity Drive location. The Fiesta, which runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., will include live music by Bob Manzanares and Los Garcia Mariachi and beer and margaritas will be available. Items on the buffet will include: Fried chicken, ribs, pork chops in chipotle sauce, fried fish, fried shrimp, shrimp cocktail, tacos, beer fajitas, green chile chicken enchiladas, chile rellenos and dessert.
