Priscilla Rosa Is Top Predictor In Weekly Pace Race

Priscila Rosa was the best predictor in the weekly pace race Tuesday held on American Springs Road up in the Jemez with a 3 second differential off her predicted time.  Other accurate predictors were:  11 year old Adrian Medin at 18 seconds off as well as the best finisher on the 1 mile course with a time of 8:06; Zach Medin with a 24 second difference; Ryan Smeltzer recording 29 seconds off; and Ted Romero with a 31 second differential.

11 year old Morgan Treat was the top female on the 1 mile course at 9:14.

In the 3 mile distance Paul Geimer was the first finisher with at time of 19:27 and Roxana Candia was the best female recording a 30:49.

Next week’s race will be held on Tuesday, July 12 at 6:00 PM on the Deer Trap Mesa which is located on Barranca Mesa.  The start will be at the junction of Barranca Road and Navajo Road.  1 mile paved, 2 mile and 3.6 mile trail runs will be available.
