This handsome 20-pound Jack Russell/rat terrier mix escape artist managed to jump out of a yard on Venado Street on Barranca Mesa and has not yet returned home. He is about eight years old and responds to the name “Dog” or ”Coda”. Coda’s sad owner says he is friendly and athletic but might be afraid after the length of time he has been away from home. Coda is microchipped and has been neutered. He is white with tri-color stripes and understands basic commands such as ‘Dog, come!’, ‘Down!’, ‘Sit!’, ‘Hey!’ and ‘Treat’. $100 reward is being offered for Coda’s return. If found, please call (505) 709-8044, (209) 814-6595 or (209) 914-6116. Courtesy photo
