Family Strengths Network Seeks Family Resource Center Aide


Family Strengths Network (FSN) is seeking a vibrant Family Resource Center Aide (FRC).  The FRC Aide welcomes guest into the center and serves as a family liaison connecting clients to community resources.  The FRC Aide is also responsible for facilitating some programs, including a monthly craft for toddlers, and plays a key role in coordinating and preparing for many of FSN’s events.  In addition, the FRC Aide leads FSN’s social media efforts. 

Candidates should be organized, flexible, enjoy multi-tasking and have experience with early childhood and/or elementary education.  Applicants need to complete a background check. This is a part time position of around 25 hours a week, Saturday hours negotiable.

Job Summary

Primary responsibilities of the Family Resource Center Aide are:

  • To maintain a safe, welcoming, environment in the center
  • To assist with coordination of resource center programs
  • To serve as a family liaison and share knowledge about local resources with individuals, families and community
  • To manage social media content
  • To manage and maintain the Beth Ladino Family Resource (book) Library
  • To assist in event planning and organization
