Cartwright’s Plumbing and Heating and Cooling will close a lane on Rover Blvd between Paul and Jeffrey Places in White Rock. Beginning Tuesday, Feb. 8 and continuing through Thursday, Feb. 10, crews will be working in the eastbound lane from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. A flagging operation will maintain two-way traffic at all times. Some delays are expected.
