It’s with equal parts excitement and sadness that Automotive Professionals will be moving to Santa Fe. As many of you know, the shop has been well above capacity for several years and needs to expand. We’ve both put significant effort into getting more space in Los Alamos County, but couldn’t find any that was appropriately zoned and available at a reasonable price.

We will be moving to 4230 Airport Road in Santa Fe, which you may remember as Tina’s Range Gear. Our new location has twice the shop space, a brand new reception and waiting area, and easy access to a whole lot of shopping and taco trucks. We’re in the final stages of the remodel, and expect to hold our grand reopening in mid to late November.

We both care deeply about the Los Alamos community and regret that we have to leave it. In particular, Sean will comment on what this means for his position on the county council in the coming weeks. The short version is, he will continue serving as a voice for small business, in hopes that more owners won’t have to make the same choices as us.

We’re proud to have built a business capable of such a move, and hope that despite the drive, you can continue to bring your vehicle to a place you can trust and rely on.
