DOT NEWS RELEASE

The New Mexico Department of Transportation along with Dustrol Inc. will begin a rumble strip installation project on Saturday, Oct. 30 on NM 502 in Los Alamos. 

Work will take place from Mile Marker 2 to 6. The 4-mile project is expected to start at  10 a.m. and finish by 4 p.m. One lane will be closed during working hours, there will be traffic control personnel at each end of the closure and a pilot car will guide motorists through the work zone. 

Motorists should use caution, obey posted speed limits, expect delays and plan accordingly.
