LAPS FOUNDATION NEWS RELEASE
Los Alamos High School is celebrating homecoming this week. The theme for this year is Blast the Bengals!
The students on the newly selected homecoming court are continuing the tradition started two years ago by giving back to a cause that’s important to them. This year the Court is encouraging members of the community to donate to LAPS Foundation, specifically to fund student grants. Senior Gwyneth Lyons said “We all love our school so much, so we want to make it even better by giving students the power to improve it! Every donation is appreciated.”
The Homecoming Court has set up a page to collect donations that will be used to fund student grants. To contribute to Court for a Cause, visit lapsfoundation.com/court-for-a-cause.
For the last two years the community has donated a total of $4,000 to ‘Court for a Cause’. Let’s show some Hilltopper Pride this year through giving that makes an impact.
