Owner Victor Castillo, above, has announced that Señor Tortas Mexican Cuisine is open again at the American Legion Post 90 on Trinity Drive. After a few glitches, the restaurant is now open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays with an extensive menu including appetizers, soup and salad bar, tortas and hamburgesas, taco and burrito plates as well as lunch and dinner favorites such as chicken fried steak, fajitas and a fisherman’s platter. Orders may be placed by calling (505) 203-1451. The Senor Tortas food van will continue to operate from its current location next to Boomerang on Central Avenue.
