When Carter arrived on this earth nearly two decades ago, it was this day that we were anticipating you could join us in celebrating his achievement of finishing his high school career. His love of engineering, coding, and robotics, led to his participation in the FRC Project Y robot team, culminating in his leadership of that team and helping take them to the Worlds competition. Carter is looking forward to applying that experience and passion at his Texas Tech University choice in the (he’s been assured) exceptionally mild Texas climate. Watch for him on the 40 yard line at the graduation ceremony, and join his family and friends in one final high school “huzzah!” He is the son of Greg and Kristy Noeninckx.
