TROOP 22 NEWS
Los Alamos Boy Scout Troop 22 is holding an informational meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday evening, April 14, at Trinity on the Hill Church, 3900 Trinity Dr., Los Alamos.
Troop 22 is an active group and has traveled near and far to explore the many adventures that are accessible within the Boy Scout program. Hiking up the highest peak in NM, sailing for a week at Florida Sea Base, and rafting down the Rio Grande are just a few things we have done in the recent past or will be doing in the near future.
You’ll find out about all the fun stuff we do and how we do it – camping, hiking, water sports – you name and we’ve done it! The Scouts also get to learn valuable skills through rank advancement and Merit Badges (over 120 to choose from). Your child will develop leadership skills, gain life-long friends, and learn about the importance of service to the greater community.
If your child is currently in 5th grade or higher, please join us on Wednesday night at 7:00, or contact us at t22scoutmaster@gmail.com.
Hope to see you out there!
