Jeffrey R. Aslin, 52, of Albuquerque was arrested April 5 on a District Court warrant.

Paul A> Martinez, 47, of Truchas was arrested April 5 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated – refusal to submit to chemical testing, and unsafe speed.
