Pajarito Mountain Cafe has announced a new online food ordering system. Guests may visit www.pajarito.ski/eat to order food online. The system will alert guests when the food is ready. 

The cafe will be open Wednesdays through Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Featuring exclusively outdoor seating on the patio or takeout, guests can enjoy a variety of options from the menu. 

Pajarito Mountain hopes to open the mountain for winter snow sports operations, but the warm and dry weather has not produced enough snow yet to open. 

 “We’re hopeful that the upcoming storm system will bring enough moisture for us to get open,” said Tom Long, Director of Mountain Operations at Pajarito. 

Pajarito’s retailstore is also open from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., and the mountain has a new landing page on its website where customers can peruse merchandise and order it for curbside pickup or delivery by mail. Guests should visit www.pajarito.ski/retail for more information.
