CLASS OF 2020 NEWS

The family of Los Alamos High School senior Alex Geyer has already begun celebrating his graduation.

“Our local seniors are transitioning to adulthood at an unprecedented time. Things like spring sports, prom, graduation ceremonies, parties and family visits are all changing, on hold, or even cancelled,” said his mother Leslie Geyer. “I’m so thrilled to see our community finding ways to celebrate their transition while still helping them to focus forward.”

Geyer said Alex will hopefully, COVID-19 allowing, be attending William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa, majoring in sociology with an emphasis on criminology and of course, playing lacrosse. Alex signed his letter of intent in January to play lacrosse for William Penn.

Alex is the son of Bob and Leslie Geyer.
