Cooperative Extension Offers Free Series Of Virtual Classes On Preparing Meals That Manage Carbs



Do you have diabetes and struggle with eating healthy? During the pandemic, NMSU Cooperative Extension is offering free online classes for adults with diabetes. Kitchen Creations will meet May 4, 6, 11, 12 at 5:30 pm through electronic devices or by phone.

Participants will learn to plan and make delicious meals that manage carbs. This program is part of the Paths to Health NM: Tools for Healthier Living initiative sponsored by the New Mexico Department of Health’s Diabetes Prevention and Control Program.
