Zachery David Martinez, 27, of Espanola was arrested April 19 and charged with driving while license is revoked or suspended.

Duncan Fellows, 24, of Los Alamos was arrested April 19 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated – refusal to submit to chemical testing, and open container.
