The Environmental Protection Agency has extended the comment period for the Los Alamos National Laboratory Draft Industrial Wastewater Permit NM0028355.

The new comment period closing date is March 31, 2020. Comments must be received by 5 p.m.

The NMED Surface Water Quality Bureau also extends the concurrent comment period for 401 Certification of the federal permit.

The comment period closing date is March 31, 2020. Comments must be received by 5 p.m.
