- If Los Alamos Public Schools are closed, Lunch with a Leader will be cancelled
- If there is a two-hour delay, there will be a speaker but no lunch because lunches must be cancelled by 7 a.m.
- Often there is a two hour delay that becomes a closure. Depending where our speaker lives, we may have to cancel the day. It is a difficult call.
An email will be sent if the luncheon is canceled, and they will call local media.
