Thomas A. Allen, 52, of Los Alamos was arrested Jan. 9 and charged with aggravated DWI – refusal to submit to chemical testing.

Sean Pacheco, 20, of Alcalde was arrested Jan. 12 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, out of state warrant, and resisting or obstructing an officer.
