Timothy Rademacher, 18, of White Rock was arrested July 2 after he allegedly admitted to rolling a marijuana cigarette which was dropped by a minor at the Los Alamos Teen Center.

Los Alamos Police Department Cpl. Jemuel Montoya responded to a report of juveniles in possession of marijuana at the facility and when he arrived he was told the teenagers were at a blue pickup in the parking lot. When Montoya located the pickup, he found Rademacher inside and Rademacher claimed he did not know the location of the minor who had dropped the cigarette.

The minor was located by Cpl. Jaime Gonzales nearby and Montoya walked Rademacher to his location. When Rademacher was asked whose was the marijuana, he allegedly responded that he rolled the joint.

Los Alamos Magistrate Court documents state that Rademacher was found to have been in possession of marijuana that he turned into a rolled cigarette and provided to a minor. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance – marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
