Taylor Ortega, 18, of Los Alamos was arrested April 13 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of a drug, traffic lanes, open container and careless driving.

Bridgid Martinez, 37, of Ohkway Owingeh was arrested April 16 on a Magistrate Court warrant.
