Susan Price, 55 of White Rock pleaded guilty to fourth degree embezzlement of more than $500 Wednesday in First Judicial District Court and received a suspended 18 month sentence. She was placed on supervised probation for 18 months, ordered to pay $2,543.20 in restitution to Zia Realty Group and perform 50 hours of community service.

A criminal summons was issued for Price in July indicating that she had falsified timekeeping records for contractors, paid them for what they had actually worked and kept the balance. She was also accused of paying for items with her personal money and then submitting receipts to Zia for reimbursement. In addition, the victims reported that no coins were turned in from laundry machines at one of their properties for three months and that those machines had produced a monthly average of $318.
