To the citizens and voters of Los Alamos County: Thank you for  giving me the opportunity to continue serving our community on the County Council for another term. I am deeply honored by your trust and grateful to work alongside you to make Los Alamos an even better place to live and visit.

Congratulations to our newly elected County Councilors, David Hampton and Steven Lynne. I look forward to the fresh ideas, community perspectives, and unique experience you will bring to the Council. Congratulations to Theresa Cull on her re-election so that we can continue our work together on many fronts.

I also thank every candidate who stepped forward to serve. I appreciated learning more about you and your ideas for our community. For those who remain interested in public service, our boards and commissions offer opportunities to contribute between elections. These roles provide a less time-intensive way to learn and practice the rules, processes, and systems of our home rule county government.

To my husband, family, and friends, thank you for your encouragement, your confidence in me, and your help throughout my Council service and campaign.

As I begin this next term, my commitment remains to finish what we have started, move new initiatives forward, and work with you to address challenges as they arise.

Thank you again for your support and your care for Los Alamos County. I am honored to continue serving you and look forward to the work we will do together.
