Information published in the weekly Los Alamos Police Department Report is obtained from LAPD.  Please note that when a person is charged with a crime, a formal allegation of an offense is made and that being charged does not mean the person has been convicted of that offense. Also, please note that people who receive a summons to come to court on charges are not listed in the LAPD weekly report.

Mikaela Rae Macias, 34, of Los Alamos was arrested August 5 on a Municipal Court warrant.

Eric Ziegler, 28, of Los Alamos was arrested on August 6 and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant – aggravated and failure to obey a stop sign.

Megan Begay, 34, of Albuquerque was arrested August 13 on an outstanding warrant.

Bernardo Torres-Escarcega, 39, of Alcalde was arrested August 13 on a warrant from another jurisdiction.

Gloria Calina Padilla, 26, of Espanola was arrested August 14 on a Magistrate Court bench warrant.

Matthew S. Fernandez, 31, of Alcalde was arrested August 15 and charged with disorderly conduct, public nuisance and on an arrest warrant.

Samantha Faye Barlow, 36, of Los Alamos was arrested August 23 and charged with shoplifting.

Justin Anthony Bear Eagle, 24, of Los Alamos was arrested August 30 on a Magistrate Court bench warrant.

Gustavo Alonzzo Ibarro, 32, of Albuquerque was arrested August 12 and charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and a Magistrate Court warrant bench warrant.

Shawn Cavasos, 37, of Los Alamos was arrested Sept. 14 on a District Court warrant.

Angelo Sandoval, 25, of Owkay Owingeh, was arrested September 25 and charged with shoplifting.
