LAYSL Fall Recreational Soccer Registration Open

LAYSL NEWS RELEASE
(Received 8 a.m. Sept. 4)

The Los Alamos Youth Soccer League (LAYSL) is getting ready for the Fall 2026 soccer season, and registration is still open for recreational soccer!

The fall recreational season will run from September 8 through October 23 and is open to children in kindergarten through fourth grade. Practice options are available in both Los Alamos and White Rock, with games played on Fridays.

Registration for kindergarten players is $60 for the fall season or $95 for the full year. Registration for players in grades 1–4 is $85 for the fall or $145 for the full year. A jersey is included with registration. An additional $23 fee, assessed by the New Mexico Youth Soccer Association, is added at checkout.

LAYSL is also looking for volunteer coaches for the upcoming season. No previous coaching experience is necessary. Training, equipment, and practice schedules are provided to help coaches get started. Coaches who commit to coaching for the full year will have 100% of their child’s LAYSL registration fee waived.

Youth soccer is a great opportunity for kids to stay active, learn new skills, make friends, and be part of a team. LAYSL welcomes both returning players and families who may be trying soccer for the first time.

Registration closes September 4, so families interested in participating are encouraged to register soon.
