A virtual evidentiary hearing has been set for Thursday afternoon, Aug. 20, before First Judicial District Judge Anastasia Martin for Tim Pacheco on another alleged violation of his conditions of release, this time filed by his pretrial services officer Michael Sisneros.
Court documents indicate that Pacheco called the After Hours service for pretrial services at 12:50 a.m. and advised them that his father had fallen down and needed help getting up.
“After Hours advised Pacheco to call 911. Instead Pacheco declined to call 911 and left his residence and went to his parents’ house and returned home at 1:20 a.m.”, the report by Michael Sisneros states.
Sisneros spoke to Pachecho and inquired why he left his residence after the Court placed him on updated conditions of release on July 30 and he is on house arrest and can only leave to meet his attorney or go to medical appointments. “He has siblings who can go assist his parents,” Sisneros said.
