Jerry Seitz, owner of the former Film Festival location at 3801 Arkansas Avenue in Los Alamos says the business will be closed from Aug. 12-16 to allow some necessary housekeeping including the planned re-sealing of the floors throughout the premises. Seitz thanked the community for its incredible support throughout the ‘refresh’, especially to the half-price barista drink specials. “We are just pausing briefly and look forward to seeing you on Monday, Aug. 17,” Seitz said.
