Jerry Seitz, new owner of the former Film Festival at 3601, Arkansas Avenue, Suite D, is offering a special half-price deal for barista drinks such as lattes until further notice. Seitz is changing out equipment as he prepares to launch his new business. Meanwhile, the doors are open and he will continue to offer breakfast burritos and some baked items from Hot Rocks Cafe for the time being as well as some new cold beverages. Temporary hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Please note there are no longer laundry facilities at this location.
